PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:

This application provides maximum help from beginners, who are completely new to the world of training, to advanced users, where the user can use combinations of different exercises (application of Supersets, Trisets).
By learning the exercises and the correct, accurate execution provided by the videos, you can easily become a complete beginner - intermediate, then advanced in the world of bodybuilding and fitness!
PROGRESS TRACKING:
The application saves the completed training sessions, which the user can look back on in the training calendar or on a graph to see when, what type of training he did, how many minutes it was, what exercise he did, what number of sets, number of repetitions and weight he used during the completed training , and the burned calories are also displayed by the system, if the user entered them at the end of the workout using the smart watch!
